On what conditions we can have a TCW/CW

-No hacks;
-No drive-by,heli kill,team kill;
-The ping musn't go above 70-80,we don't want to play with laggers;
-No mods that give unfair advantages.
-10-12 rounds;
-each round has beetween 5 and 7 minutes.
If you disagree with the conditions,don't challenge us.
